There is NO refund for registration fee once it is paid and if another replacing colleague has to take the place, transfer can be possible no later than by April 17, 2020. After this date, transfer of registration fee to another person cannot be accepted and transfer is possible only within the same company.  There is NO refund for admission fee under any circumstances.
